As much as we love the fact that the Kips Bay Decorator Showhouse has expanded to Palm Beach and Dallas, we have to admit—it’s wonderful to have it back in NYC! It’s been three years since Kips Bay has taken place in Manhattan, and this year’s lineup is truly amazing.

For the 48th year, the showhouse is located on the Upper West Side at 337 Riverside Drive at 106th Street. 22 of some of the country’s top designers and architects have transformed the historic River Mansion that sits right at Riverside Park. The 1902 building offers amazing views of the Hudson River.

The lineup of designers includes: Ahmad AbouZanat | PROJECT AZ, Clinton Smith Studio, Clive Lonstein Inc, David Scott Interiors, Design Studio 15, Fairfax Dorn Projects, Georgis & Mirgorodsky, Ghislaine Viñas, Halden Interiors, JayJeffers, Inc., Janice Parker Landscape Architects, Lindsey Coral Harper Interior Design, Lillian Wu Studio, Mary McDonald Inc, Neal Beckstedt Studio, Penny Drue Baird, Dessins LLC, Sasha Bikoff Interior Design, Sawyer | Berson, Sergio Mercado Design, Timothy Corrigan, Inc., Wesley Moon, Inc., and Yellow House Architects.

The highly anticipated design event doubles as a fundraiser for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. The event helps raise money for over 10,000 boys and girls in the Bronx. The showhouse is now open from May 11th to June 6th. Be sure to check it out here, and even if you can’t make it we recommend donating to this wonderful cause!
